Product Manual:
1. Add 10-250μl of the sample to be extracted to a 1.5ml centrifuge tube, add 400μl of lysis solution, invert and mix, and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
2. After a brief high-speed centrifugation, carefully aspirate the supernatant (about 500 μl), without paying attention to aspirating the precipitate, transfer it to a spin column, and centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 30 seconds.
3. Discard the waste liquid, put the spin column in the cannula again, add 500 μl of washing solution, and centrifuge at 12000 rpm for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat the above steps once.
5. Discard the liquid in the tube, and centrifuge the empty column at 12000 rpm for 2 min to remove the residual washing solution.
6. Transfer the spin column to a new 1.5 ml centrifuge tube, add 20-100 μl of 55°C preheated eluent EB, stand at room temperature for 1 minute, and then centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 1 minute. The liquid in the centrifuge tube is the nucleic acid. If not used immediately, nucleic acid is recommended to be stored at -20°C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
